Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your about-face products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be lightly used or unopened to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
